Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Trench Logic website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services. If you use the services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Our services

Trench Logic is a marketing and web firm. Our services may include marketing, website design and build, business operations support, and franchise resale support. We also offer an instant site-review tool that returns automated feedback on a website you submit.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We bring real effort and experience to every engagement, but we do not guarantee any specific result, ranking, lead volume, sale, or revenue outcome. Marketing and business results depend on many factors outside our control.

Payments and fees

Where fees apply, they are typically flat fees scoped to your engagement. Payments for our franchise resale services and other paid offerings are billed through Stripe, our payment processor, where applicable. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the charges that apply to your engagement.

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the individual engagement agreement you sign with us. Where an engagement agreement and these terms differ on a specific point, the engagement agreement controls for that engagement.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Trench Logic name and marks, is owned by Trench Logic or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission.

Ownership of deliverables we create for a client is set out in that client's engagement agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, you retain ownership of materials you provide to us, and you grant us the rights we need to perform the work.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site and services lawfully and not to:

• Submit content or website URLs you are not authorized to share or review.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Use the site or services to send spam, malware, or unlawful material.
• Infringe the rights of others or violate any applicable law.

Third-party links and sites

Our site may link to or rely on third-party websites and tools, including our service providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party site or tool is at your own risk and subject to that party's terms.

Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Trench Logic harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs that arise from your misuse of the site or services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to that jurisdiction unless your engagement agreement says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the site or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
