Privacy policy

Effective date: June 9, 2026

This policy explains what Trench Logic collects when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim for plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@trenchlogic.com.

Who we are

Trench Logic is a marketing and web firm based in Florida, United States. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Trench Logic. "You" refers to anyone who visits our website or uses our services.

What we collect

We collect the following kinds of information:

  • Information you give us through forms. When you fill out a contact or lead form, we collect your name, email address, and the message or details you provide.
  • Email you share with our Sweep tool. If you ask for your results by email, we collect the email address you enter.
  • Website addresses you submit. When you use our instant site-review (Sweep) tool, we collect the website URL you type in so the tool can review it.
  • Usage and analytics data. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical and usage information such as your device and browser type, pages you view, links you click, approximate location based on your IP address, and how you arrived at our site. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies described below.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not send it to us through our forms.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and follow up about your business.
  • Provide, operate, and support the services you request.
  • Run the instant site-review tool and return feedback to you.
  • Improve our website, services, and content.
  • Measure and improve our marketing, including understanding which campaigns bring people to our site.
  • Keep our site secure and prevent abuse.
  • Meet legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the site, measure how it is used, and support our marketing and advertising. These include first-party and third-party analytics and advertising services, including Google Analytics for traffic measurement. These technologies may set cookies and collect usage data for analytics and advertising purposes, including across other sites you visit.

Managing cookies and tracking

You can control cookies through your browser settings, where you can block or delete them. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and you can opt out of many advertising cookies through industry pages such as optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. Where supported, we also honor the browser-level "Global Privacy Control" signal.

The instant site-review tool

Our website offers an instant site-review tool ("Sweep"). When you submit a website URL, the public content at that address is processed by a third-party AI service to generate feedback for you. You do not need to create an account to use the tool, and we do not require login credentials. Please only submit URLs for websites you are authorized to review. If you choose to receive results by email, we use the email address you provide to send them.

Service providers and sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run our business and our site. These include:

  • A website hosting and form-handling provider.
  • A scheduling provider for booking calls.
  • A payment processor for our franchise resale services.
  • A third-party AI service that powers the instant site-review tool.
  • Our analytics and advertising providers described above.

These providers process information on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies. We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

We do not sell your personal information. Some sharing for advertising and analytics may be considered "sharing" or "selling" under certain state laws, and you can opt out as described in the cookies section above and in "Your choices and rights."

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain marketing, by emailing hello@trenchlogic.com. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.

California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@trenchlogic.com.

Other U.S. states and the EU or UK

Residents of other U.S. states with privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out. If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom and those laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@trenchlogic.com, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and our services are not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
