Our model is built specifically for franchisee-to-franchisee transfers, where buyer qualification, Franchisor approval, and territory considerations are part of every deal.

We advise on every aspect of your listing and sale process that falls outside the legal definition of brokerage: pricing strategy guidance, listing positioning, buyer qualification, marketing performance, platform selection, NDA coordination, introduction sequencing, and Franchisor transfer preparation.

We do not negotiate on your behalf, set your asking price, or represent you in the transaction. The deal stays with you. The pipeline, screening, and coordination work stays with us.

Ad spend is invoiced bi-weekly through Stripe at actual cost. The monthly service fee and ad spend are separate obligations.
Commitment terms: 3-month minimum service term applies to all tiers. After the initial 3 months, engagement continues month-to-month at the same rate with no new setup fee. Either party may terminate month-to-month service with 30 days written notice. Sellers may upgrade or downgrade tiers at any monthly renewal with no penalty.

We're as full-service as it gets without a broker license. A few things to know up front.

Non-broker status

Trench Logic is not a licensed business broker. We provide marketing, listing, and administrative support. We do not negotiate, set asking prices, or represent Sellers in transactions.

No guarantees

No marketing program — broker or otherwise — can guarantee a sale. What we guarantee is maximum qualified exposure, professional coordination, and honest guidance. The transaction itself remains entirely in your hands.

Clean financials required

Up-to-date P&Ls and financial records are required before your listing can go live. If your books aren't current, we'll pause onboarding until they are — this protects you and keeps every buyer working from accurate information.

Pass-through costs

All marketplace and advertising fees are passed through at actual cost. No markup. Ad spend is invoiced separately, bi-weekly. Stopping ads does not stop the monthly service fee.

Marketplace independence

BizBuySell and BusinessesForSale.com are independently operated. Inquiry volume depends on market conditions, listing quality, price positioning, and platform algorithms.

Paid ad runway

Meta and Google campaigns need a runway. Month 1 is the learning phase. Meaningful traction typically begins month 2. Month 3 is your peak window. We evaluate performance at the 45-day mark.
